Recipe Book

Basic recipe:

3 cans Eagle Brand
1 box vanilla instant pudding mix
1 tablespoon vanilla flavoring
1 Qt. heavy whipping cream
1 Qt. half and half

Fill churn to 1" from top, place lid on container, place in churn, fill with ice and ice cream salt. If electric, let freezer run 20 - 25 minutes, then transfer container of ice cream to your freezer and let it harden several hours, remove and serve.
